1070 known as pure aluminum, has an aluminum content of over 99.6%, which is a commonly used series in aluminum alloy. Compared with other high-grade alloy aluminum, the prices are much favorable. With good elongation and tensile strength, it can fully meet the requirements of processing (stamping, stretching). It also has high formability, plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity. However, due to the low strength, heat treatment cannot enhance the machinability. Gas welding, hydrogen atom welding and contact welding are workable. It is easy to bear various pressure processing and extension, bending.
